Counter Intelligence:

Get Certified and Thrive In This Fast-Growing Industry

The dispensary is often the first point of contact between patients and the industry. Knowing how to address a patient’s concerns and needs within the law is of primary importance. But it’s also essential that dispensary personnel are educated about safe handling and storing of products, how they are best used and best practices for addressing and retaining patients

How does the course work?

All of our courses have been designed as experiences, not mere information, and developed with each unique audience in mind. Our goal is to get you up to speed and up and running though active learning.

The information in our courses state of the art, but so are the learning methods we employ. Each class uses a variety of media—visual, audio, full motion graphics, charts, infographics—that help users visualize material. Downloadable PDFs and links to outside resources guide users deeper into specific areas, allowing each person to customize his or her experience. Even the questions at the end of each class are designed to be instructive. If someone chooses an incorrect answer, a pop up box explains why it is wrong and then guides users to the correct answer.

Thank you for creating this program. It was truly informative and helped me learn not only more about medical marijuana, but also how to better communicate with my patients.
